Ningbo Yongyi Auto Piston Rod Factory is a professional automotive piston rod manufacturer established in 1998. We specialize in providing our high quality shock absorber piston rod to customers both at domestic and abroad.

We take many steps to accompolish this, beginning with our strict application of the TS16949 quality system.We purchase steel raw material from well-known mills, and they must pass inspections of surface tension prior to their use. Next, we use a CNC lathe for machining process, and imported centerless grinder. Third, our electroplating workshop uses micro-crack hard chrome plating technology.

Our testing equipment includes projector, micro hardednes testing machine, universial tensile machine, metallographic analyzer, thickness tester, salt spray testing machine. All of them keep our products good quality and deliver in time.
